Frequently asked

Know what you are getting.

Who is the FirstOne 30-Day Consistency Kit for?

It is a self-guided general-wellness workbook for adults who are new to home fitness or returning after a break. It is not designed for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, injury rehabilitation, or a medical condition.

What equipment do I need?

The planning system works with bodyweight sessions or equipment you already have. The kit helps you schedule and scale the work; the free FirstOne plan builder provides specific exercise choices.

How long are the workouts?

The kit uses three tracks: Minimum is about 8 to 10 minutes, Standard is about 15 to 20 minutes, and Push is about 20 to 30 minutes after the Standard work is complete.

What happens if I miss a day?

Use the missed-day reset: name what happened, shrink the next session, schedule it, remove one source of friction, and restart without trying to punish the missed day.

Does the kit include a diet or calorie plan?

No. It includes optional general-wellness prompts for repeatable meals, hydration, sleep, and recovery. It does not provide calorie targets, nutrition therapy, supplements, or a meal plan.

Is this medical advice, rehabilitation, or coaching?

No. The kit is general fitness and wellness education. It does not include medical advice, rehabilitation, individualized coaching, professional oversight, or an outcome guarantee.

Does the kit include community access?

No. The digital kit is self-guided and does not include a cohort, account, community membership, or direct coaching.

How is this different from the free four-week plan?

The free plan builder generates exercise sessions from your schedule, equipment, and starting point. The kit is a printable 20-page workbook for planning, tracking, reviewing, and restarting across the month.
