Home week or first gym week — pick the place you will actually repeat.

FirstOne Fitness is built for beginner home consistency first. That does not mean the gym is wrong. The honest question is which setting helps you finish seven days without quitting — then you can grow from there.

Home fits when…

  • You want a private start before facing a busy floor.
  • Your schedule is unpredictable and you need 8–20 minute options.
  • You are building the habit of showing up more than chasing equipment access.
  • Travel, kids, weather, or commute make the gym unreliable this month.

Start with the free 7-day starter. Form over intensity. Stop for pain, dizziness, or sharp discomfort.

A first gym week fits when…

  • You already have a membership or a friend who will go with you.
  • You want machines, free weights, or coaching eyes on form.
  • Home space or neighbors make jumping / noise awkward.
  • You enjoy the social cue of leaving the house for a session.

Keep the same consistency rules: short sessions count, rest days count, and you do not need a perfect program on day one. Ask staff for a brief orientation if you are unsure about equipment.

A simple bridge (not a sales pitch)

  1. Finish one honest home week with /starter so you know your real time window.
  2. Use /plan to sketch the next few weeks — home, gym, or mixed.
  3. Read what consistency is (and is not) so you measure sessions finished, not body promises.

We do not claim to replace large free workout libraries, celebrity class apps, or clinical guidelines from places like Mayo Clinic or the NHS. We claim a clear first week you can finish.
