FirstOne Fitness collects waitlist details so we can understand interest and contact people when the community opens.

The form asks for basic contact and challenge preferences. Do not submit medical history, medication details, payment details, or private health information.

Source information such as campaign tags, landing URL, and referrer may be stored so we can understand which content is working.

We do not sell waitlist information. If we use creator, partner, or participant stories in public marketing, we will ask for the needed permission and disclosure separately.
